Statistics showed that Anthony & Sylvan Pool customers were traveling to and from the suburbs using many primary and secondary highways. I created eye-catching billboards that were rotated throughout the marketplace from February until late August, with strong lead generation results.
With More Than 70,000 Pools Built, There Are Many Renovation Opportunities
Recognizing that over a 70-year history, Anthony & Sylvan Pools had built thousands of pools that would someday need renovation, I designed direct mail campaigns that utilized the vast Anthony & Sylvan database to capture a high ROI on repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Rubber Ducky You’re The One
Anthony & Sylvan Pools wanted to send customers a card on the anniversary of their pool completion. Their goal was to encourage customers to visit the retail pool supply centers or make purchases online. I designed a series of mailings that directly related to the number of years customers have owned their pool. Using a GoPro Hero3, I was able to take underwater and submerged photos for every card. Each year a customer receives a rubber duck mailing, and a promotional offer. Online sales were positively affected by the campaign.
Print Is Not Dead
For a custom swimming pools designer, boutique publications and regional ad buys are your bread and butter. Creative design combined with the right media mix is the key to success for Anthony & Sylvan Pools. While working at MGA, I designed ads that drove customers to the website to get an exclusive offer or to see more pool ideas. More than 70% of Anthony & Sylvan customers contacted them via their website, so it was essential that all ads gave people a reason to visit the web.
